Includes Captain Marvel illustration and facsimile signature on front including text Hero Of Whiz Comics and Captain Marvel Secret Code on the back. 2.5x3.75 inch Magic Membership Card c.

Front of card features full figure color image of Captain Marvel and has lift-up flap on bottom half to change the picture to a full figure image of his alter ego Billy Batson. Reverse features the signature line for the Magic Membership Card and Captain Marvels Secret Code 5. 2.73 x 4 inch The piece of paper with Captain Marvels Secret Message was decoded and written in pencil.

3 x4 inch shield-shaped silk-screened felt patch issued as a Fawcett premium. Patch features Captain Marvel Club name and features flying image of Captain Marvel set against large lightning bolt. There are four Captain Marvel Club newsletters. Only one is dated: September 1945. One Promotional leaflet with order form: New Items to Delight Captain Marvel Club Members. Five Promotional Leaflets without order forms: for hats, emblems, pennants, iron-on transfers, etc.
