#1 CGC 9.8 (Origin of Captain Marvel retold). The Slab : This is a newer CGC slab and is in excellent condition with only minor scuffing & scratching. The case looks excellent and is clear and clean, is free of cracks and chips, and is an excellent display piece. The Book : This is a great looking book.

The book has bright colors, is crisp, well-centered, with mostly sharp corners. There is a very small spine-tick near the numbers on Superman's cape that shows up as a dot of white on the black outline.

This book is as you would expect for a CGC 9.8 grade. As a collector, I will package the item as I would like to receive it to protect the slab and to minimize the movement of the book in transit.
